  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  2. Tap. Messages. .
  3. Tap the. Menu icon. (located in the upper-right).

To set it straight, the US versions of the Moto E4 and Moto E4 Plus does not have LED notification. It only has the Moto Display. Only the versions for the rest of the world have the LED notification light. It may be limited but one option is to enable the vibrate option.

Does the Moto G Power have an indicator light?

So in other words, when you receive a call/text, and you miss it, your phone screen then turns off, and just a little blue light will flash indicating that you have something that you should turn your phone on to check.. the moto G power does not have this.
