Is there anyone who dropped 2 years for JEE?

Yes, one of my friend who was preparing for iit jee drop for 2 years. But at that time he was very confident because he didn’t join any institute and scored a little good marks (not expected) . so, He droped a year again and join a institute for iit jee preparation.

Can we take 2 year drop IIT?

You can not write JEE advanced after 2 years gap . Because according to the JEE rules you can write JEE advanced exam with 12 class and one more time after 12. But you can write JEE mains exam 2 more times after 12 class . Hope it helps.
