Is Nexus from Google?

Nexus is a series of smartphones and tablets manufactured by Google and its hardware partners. Nexus devices run the native Android operating system.

Does Nexus Q still work?

In May 2013, less than a year after being unveiled, and with having never officially gone on sale, Google completely ended support for the product.

Why did Nexus Q fail?

The prices were supposedly so high because all elements had been designed and manufactured in the USA, but potential customers weren’t impressed. Eventually, Google decided to postpone the launch indefinitely and work on improving the product.

Why did Google stop making nexus?

The Nexus Q is a discontinued digital media player that ran Android and integrated with Google Play, to sell at US$299 in the United States. After complaints about a lack of features for the price, the Nexus Q was shelved indefinitely; Google said it needed time to make the product “even better”.
