Can I get a copy of my NVQ certificate?
If you or any of your staff have managed to lose, or misplace your CACHE NVQ certificates, don’t panic. You just need to contact CACHE via their website, or ring them on 0191 2398000 and they will send you a duplicate certificate.

How can I get proof of NVQ?
If you’ve lost your OCR certificate, you can apply online for a replacement or a certifying statement. You’ll need to complete the application form online. We will then search for your records and send you: A replacement certificate – for vocational qualifications, such as NVQs.
How do I check my qualifications UK?
Step 1: Visit our office with your original education qualification certificate and ID. Step 2: Complete the verification request form and submit a consent letter. We will then email a copy of the consent letter along with the a copy of your document to the awarding UK institution for confirmation.
How can I find out which exam board I took my Gcses with?
If you don’t know the exam board, you could contact the school or college where you took the exams, or ask a friend who took the same exams, as they may still have their certificates and will detail the name of the exam board. Find out who to contact if the exam board no longer exists.
How long do NVQ qualifications last?
Once an NVQ qualification has been achieved, they do not expire. Much like a GCSE or a degree, once you have completed your NVQ, you do not need resit or renew your qualification.
